Account data: Google profile (name, email, profile photo) when you sign in.
Business data: Business name, services, hours, and configuration you provide.
Messages: WhatsApp messages are temporarily stored (last 100 per conversation) to power the conversation view. We do not read or analyze message content beyond providing the service.
Usage data: Analytics on bot performance (reply counts, response times).
2. How We Use Your Data
• Provide and operate the MsgMe service
• Generate AI-powered replies using your business context
• Display analytics and conversation history
• Send service-related emails (welcome, billing, alerts)
• Improve the platform
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
• Firebase / Google Cloud — Authentication, database
• Upstash Redis — Session and message caching
• Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions
• Razorpay — Payment processing
• Google Gemini AI — Generating bot replies
• Resend — Transactional emails
Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
• Messages: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; personal data deleted with account
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access your data via the dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
• Export your business configuration data
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account

6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure cookies, and follow industry best practices. However, no system is 100% secure. We will notify affected users promptly in case of a data breach.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session token, role). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children
MsgMe is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
