MsgMe

Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 May 2026

1. Service Description

MsgMe provides a WhatsApp auto-reply and booking bot platform. We connect to your WhatsApp account to send automated replies to your customers based on your configured business information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account. By using MsgMe, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

3. Account & Access

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. WhatsApp Connection & Risk

Free & Pro tiers use an unofficial WhatsApp Web API (OpenWA). While we implement best practices to minimize risk, WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts using unofficial automation. MsgMe is not responsible for any account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp.

Business tier uses the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API), which carries zero ban risk as it is sanctioned by Meta.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are in INR. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Data Handling

We do not store message content permanently. Only the last 100 messages per conversation are retained temporarily for the conversation view feature. Messages older than 30 days are automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use MsgMe for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the content your bot sends.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bot availability depends on WhatsApp's infrastructure and your internet connection.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

MsgMe is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, WhatsApp account bans, or missed customer messages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
